Knowledge is Power

I hope this blog will become a resource for you.  I find the more I learn, the more I share, see and connect with others who are struggling, may be unaware that they are struggling, and are trying to make it through the day.  I feel relieved when I joke with friends who struggle with various executive functioning issues as well, that I am not alone.

If you struggle with a scatterbrain in your family, you yourself are scatterbrained, or have to deal with the many, many challenges that come with ADHD, Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder etc., I hope you feel empowered and encouraged to learn more and share more because you are not alone and so many people are unaware of the vast amounts of support and resources that exist.
